The name of the association is SUNNY BROOK PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, hereinafter referred to as the "Association." The principal office of the Association shall be located in King County, Washington and meetings of the members and directors may be held at such places within said County as may be designated by the Board of Directors.
