The name of the corporation is ALICIA GLENN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION. The principal office of the Association shall be located at 12910 Totem Lake Blvd NE, Suite 220, Kirkland, Washington 98034. The Association is established pursuant to the Declaration, as defined below. The Association will use the name, "ALICIA GLENN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION".
