- Outstanding issues--tree topping
- 2023 projects completed
- Reserve study
- Audit/review waived
- Bids for park drainage collected
- Irrigation repairs
- Entrance shrubs pruned
- City added boulders at trail heads
- Planned projects
- Upcoming Reserves projects (bark replenishment and landscape refurbishment) started this year, will complete in 2024
- Park repairs--play structure maintenance and damage
- Park drainage to remedy annual flooding

- Discussion of Board-approved annual budget, and vote to ratify board-approved annual budget--automatically approved without quorum per RCW
- Annual budget meeting to be held in 4th qtr. annually, 1st quarter meeting for all other business including elections for board
