5) Old Business
- Homeowner ACC request to install solar power was approved June 8, 2021
- Clubhouse parking lot barrier - approved to pay up to $606 for repairs. Amount to be reported to court for suspect to be charged for payment.
- Mailbox at main entrance replaced today. Jadivan is handing keys out to homeowners that use it.
- Shed demolition, gutter repair and sign and cable gate repair is scheduled for this week
6) New Business
- Asphalt on common area - will send letter to homeowners that it is encroachment and will be maintained by HOA in future
- Issues older than July 2020 to be closed. Board to do walkthroughs and open new issues as needed
- Re-divided map among board for responsibility for walkthroughs. Eydie will send out update.
