Officers Reports:

  • Lot 15 is having a party and there will be extra parking

Financial Status

  • Funds are adequate until the end of the year

Manager's Report

  • Landscaping:  Current $308 per month

Scope includes:

o    Weed Control

o    Tree Trimming

o    Recommend better sprinklers at the sign- The drip is not working properly; needs to be fixed

o    Moss control- It has been sprayed and then racked

o    Fertilizer

  • Will be put out an RFP for 3 Bids

Old Business

  • Storm Pond Fence Complete- Project Complete
  • Bark still to be budgeted for 2022 Est $2000-2500 blown in/ 900-1100 bark only 

New Business

  • Call to Motion to Vote on memorializing the addendum for the DayCare to continue under the terms of the approved HOA CCRC/Approved
  • Parking Letters- Sent
  • Grass Letters & enforcement
  • Explain Easements Front and Pond
  • Drip line at sign should maybe be converted to popups as the drips are not doing their job
  • Ran sleeper off from parking on 94th beside Lot 1, cars that look like drug deals there too.

    • Associate Management- Minutes, Reserves and Budget for a quote
    • Around the Clock (Kent)- Left a VM.
    • My HOA-online.com LLC- Cost $300 a month, Move to Chase, UPS Store by Trader Joes for Mailbox; No patrols but they have portal; The Board will need to remain intact

Amendment to original minutes

Based on discussion regarding the list of vendors the Board unanimously agreed to move forward with MyHOA-Online.com as our choice to act as HOA-Management.  There is time allotted on Dec 7, 2021 at 5pm for final phone review and notification of our intent to proceed with services effective at a TBD Date in early 2022.

  • Outstanding Items
    • Walk the areas of the lots with grass letters as a Board
    • Ownership of grass strips are still in question. We are awaiting clarification.
