Board of Directors Meeting and Town Hall

Meeting called to order at 7:07 pm.

Held board meeting concurrently.  Town hall meeting this time as we had 1 homeowner and 3 board members attend the meeting so there was no quorum for the annual meeting thus a town hall was combined with the board meeting.

Jen and Jen present, Channie absent. Eydie present for mgt.

All minutes were read and ratified since the March 2021 meeting and all votes taken without a meeting were ratified to be entered into the minutes (see below)

Jen H. and Jen S. will go around neighborhood to remind homeowners of the next meeting so we can vote on changing due date of HOA dues and other miscellaneous items.

Due to the small amount of participation (no quorum) could not vote on any issues requiring an owner vote

Jen H, Jen S, and Channie remain board members.  The board voted 2/2 to keep all 3 board members in the same positions and roles for another year.

Budget was approved in Dec 2021 by default due to no quorum.
