5) Property Manager’s Report (Michael and Eydie, MyHOA-Online.com LLC)

New Landscapers underway--get quotes on entry refresh, irrigation upgrades and drainage issue in park (add to reserve study to include cost of drainage repairs in next study). Add in to next budget yearly pressure washing--next time to include park fixtures and message boards.

  • Nomination and election for expiring board terms--Board agreed to stay on another year in director and same officer roles as there was no quorum at owner meeting.
  • Discussion of allowing owners to upgrade to same style black grid windows instead of white to modernize.
