Landscapers new since March, missing the entry hedge and holly in mid-block of street side, Eydie to follow up on this issue. 
 
Bark project deployed wrong by vendor--discussion
 
Mgr to use discretion on when to send out billing, any time now is fine

  • The following issues were voted on and passed unanimously:
    • 19807 Payment plan approved with conditions
  • Discussion regarding retro ACC for retaining wall along sidewalk, board to discuss further to come up with options and report to owner
  • Board voted unanimously to give manager discretion on waiving late charges as a courtesy waiver one-time only in certain situations when mgt determines it is warranted. 
  • Team voted unanimously to allow bark company to complete the rest of neighborhood they missed in 2024 (barked wrong areas that would have been done in 2024) if they will delay entire billing to 2024 so it falls in the intended budget year.
  • Tim's to complete the cleanup of entry fence line and dead flowers prior to barking. Board approved expenditure.
