Pricing

The base rate for the service is set by the number of homes in the HOA times a monthly rate per home starting as low as $5.00 per home per month! For example, if your HOA has no significant issues to resolve, selects no extra options (website and accounting services only) and consists of 50 homes, the service charge would be $250 per month (50 homes x $5.00 per home), or $3000.00 per year. There are additional options and circumstances which may add to the cost.
